What Cause Computer to Crash
What Can Cause Computer To Crash.
There are a number of reasons as to what can cause a computer to crash. It is a common problem that many experiences and most times occurs when a program quits functioning and does not respond to the rest of the system. The occurrence is also known as a computer freeze or suspend, therefore in order for your computer to continue to work in an efficient manner quality maintenance is required. Getting a good file registry cleaner software can help in speeding up your computer quickly.
A frozen computer can cause considerable frustration while you are working, which might cause considerable damages to the machine. PC often break down or freeze if the read or write of the hard disk makes a physical contact with the disk surface. In most cases common faults could cause system freeze and are best corrected with a good file registry cleaners for a faster processing speed.
Registry errors can contribute to the faulty functioning and ultimate crashing of personal computers. The registry includes the vital operating system of the PC as it contains the configuration and general settings of the device. If your Computer is very slow, it could be due to a problem with the registry and one should therefore require a specific registry cleaner in order to gain efficient PC functioning.
Some operating systems may have bugs incorporated into the system which causes problems while booting the machine. Installing and removing less important programs may assist in a higher system performance. However, if not correctly done, could abandon some fragments behind. These fragments can contribute to a reduction in performance speed and should be addressed through an appropriate cleaning application.
The work of a registry cleaner is to clean off extra and non needed items from the systems of your computer. It is especially designed for frequent changes in file systems and even start menus. The specific program is able to scan all logs which are present on the computer and works in its ability to tidy up the fragmented files which have been identified.
The process of manually cleaning extra files is considered more practical. These files usually made up of missing files, invalid entries, broken links which are then gotten ride off to elevate PC performance. This is advantageous for the system in its ability to achieve optimal functioning where a cleaner may be noted in the quality of its ability to eradicate the selected invalid files.
The common origin for what can cause a computer to crash include registry errors, conflicting softwares, faulty components, new softwares, and upgraded hardwares. In most cases the fragmented files which consist of broken links, invalid or redundant entries and general system errors contributes to decrease in PC performance and should be addressed through appropriate registry cleaner software. These platforms are specifically designed to remove the fragmented items for the enhanced functioning of your machine. I personally clean up my computer by downloading quality registry cleaner software application and i would highly recommend you to acquire one as well.

TIPS TO REDUCE DATA CONSUMPTION ON ANDRIOD
Get a good browser and customize it to
suite your needs. I will recommend opera
mini for browsing and ucweb for
downloading.
Most times when we browse the internet for
information we really just want to get
information and not view image, so what I
do is turn on/off image on demand. Turn it
on when you need to view an image and off
if you don’t need it, you will save a lots of
data mb.
2. Under opera mini / skyfire or ucweb
settings turn on mobile view, it will save you
the hassle of unending loading of pages and
painful scroll.
3. Sometimes we have so many applications
installed on our phone and pc that access
the internet without our consent. First when
you install an application, go to its settings
and disable auto update if it has one. If you
have an android device get DROIDWALL. If
you have a Nokia smartphone get mobile
data tracker, and disable any application you
don’t want accessing the internet.
4. Are you a heavy data user? and want to
do monthly subscription, then AIRTEL
network is your best bet for cheaper
browsing, just load 1200 and send bsm to
440. You will be given 1gb of data to browse
on laptops and phones.
5. Do you have a Nokia symbian device,
Samsung phone or tablet, blackberry running
Os 7.1? If you do, then you don’t necessarily
need to subscribe for data plans for all your
gadgets. All you need to do is subscribe for
one and connect it to the others.
For Nokia get jokuispot premium v3.
For Samsung, HTC, LG or any android
devices get WiFi tethering
For blackberry if you have BB running OS
7.1 just go to your connectivity options and
click mobile hotspot to switch it on.
Remember, any phone or laptop within range
can safely connect and use your data, so
always remember to password it through the
settings.
6. Bookmark: many people don’t use this
feature, even though it is present in all
browsers. If you bookmarked a page e.g this
blog post, you won’t have to waste precious
mb, time and energy looking for this post
through Google, you would simply go to your
bookmarked pages and load it. Some links
are really difficult to come by, bookmarking
such links will save you a great deal of time
and of course mb.
7. Saved pages: most times we browse for
lectures or assignment on the internet or
maybe just read news. If you have browse a
page lets say from Wikipedia, what you need
do is save it and you can access it even
while offline or when you run out of money
to subscribe. The difference between
bookmarked and saved pages is, for
bookmarked you can only access it while
online and also you get an updated page,
while saved pages can be access both offline
and online.
8. Bookmarklet: many people don’t know
what bookmarklets are. Bookmarklet are
little JavaScript that can accomplish great
task with one click. they are available for
both pc and phones. An example of what a
bookmarklet can do is translate a website
from one language to another. Are you
browsing a French site, like the advert? and
wants an information there? wondering if
there is an English version of the site (of
course there is)? but wouldn’t you want to
simply translate the current one to English
and save time and mb (dats what we are
talking about right) and simply translate the
current one with a bookmarklet called
Google translate. This and many more will
save you lots of data. You can read more on
bookmarklet from here and also get a lot of
them from here
9. always search google with phrase likely to
bring out direct result instead of beating
around the bush
10. Most site have website with designated
mobile version. This sites usually have high
compression rates and reduced data usage.
Most of them usually come like in this
format m.sitename.com, e.g
m.facebook.com

HOW TO STOP WHATSAPP FROM AUTO-CONNECTING ON S40 AND S60
Tricks to stop whatsapp from auto-
connecting to the internet on Nokia S40
(Java Phones) and Nokia S60 (Symbian
Smartphones) :
This little tutorial will be very handy for most
students who hardly enjoy 6hrs of steady
electricity supply and yet have more contacts
on their whatsapp including strangers and
acquaintances.
Whatsapp is one of those messaging apps
out there you will get addicted to when
opportune to have access to it, Little wonder
why it is currently the most respected cross-
platform mobile ready instant messaging
app. Blackberry Messenger (BBM) is even
beginning to loose popularity among the
youths since the rise of whatsapp
messenger, But all these do not come
without a little burden to those whose phone
operates on a very strict data plan and high
battery consumption since the app was built
in a such a way that it stays online 24hrs
just like your native phone sms application. This is the major reason we are presenting
this little guide on how you can quickly
prevent whatsapp messenger from
connecting to the internet automatically on
both Nokai s40 and S60 .
S60 (Nokia Symbian)
Guide to Preventing
Whatsapp from Auto-connecting to the
Internet:
S60 as widely known belongs to the first
series of nokia smartphone which runs on
the Symbian Operating system. It varies
between various versions though, from
version1 to version 5 (s60 v2, s60 v3 and
s60v5) before Nokia finally moved to the
Windows Operating system which now
powers it’s smartphones. Stopping your
whatsapp application from auto-connecting
on any Symbian powered smartphone is just
as easy as following the two steps below;
The Use of Password
You can easily restrict any application from
auto-connecting to the internet by password-
protecting your active access point setting
by going to Home button
=>settings
=>connectivity
=>destinations
=>Select
your active internet access point and add a
password to it.
This will make the app (whatsapp) prompt
for the set password each time it wants to
connect to the internet. Your ignoring this
request will automatically restrict it from
accessing your mobile data and so won’t
connect till you permit it. I rarely use this
method ‘cos it doesn’t guaranty zero access
to the battery life, neither does it work
without disturbing my peace, the only part
that makes it easy and sweet is the part of
Symbian phones being able to Multitask.
The use of a Firewall / anti-virus
Program
This is the most Recommended method as
this will guaranty you of a lasting battery life
and zero data consumption.
Firewalls and
mobile security app (anti-virus) comes very
handy for every Symbian Phone and does
variety of things including giving you control
to every apps on your phone.
For the sake of
this tutorial we will like to mention the free
version of netqin anti-Virus which I used
before writing this simple tutorial. All I did
was turning on my Netqin Mobile security
==> going to firewalls
==> settings
==> added
whatsapp to untrusted applications list and that solved the autoconnecting,you have to go back to
your firewall settings and move it back to
trusted application list , That’s all you need
to treat the madness of any other app that
chooses this route against your wish.
S40 (Java Phones) Guide to Preventing
Whatsapp from Auto-connecting to the
Internet :
It is almost unlikely to see regular feature
phones running on the Java Operating
System accepting any kind of firewall or
advanced security application, this is why I
am teaching you about these alternate
methods that was made available to me
by Noble Ozogbuda of Noble Ict Zone .
#1 Method for stopping whatsapp auto-
internet connection on nokia s40 phones :
This is one easy method he claimed to have
used in many s40 phones before dumping
s40 for s60 version of nokia phones. Here is
the first trick
Go to menu from your center button
==>locate
the whatsapp application either in the games
or apps directory
==>Right click on it (press
the options button)
=>choose delete=>when
prompted with the question “are you sure
you want to delete” ?
==>choose
“NO”
==>That’s all the connection will be
stopped till another phone restart.
#2 Method for stopping whatsapp auto-
internet connection on nokia s40 phones :
After your normal download, installation and
initial launch of the whatsapp instant
messenger, Kindly close it and locate the app
from your phone memory where it is
currently stored
==> Move it to the external
memory card (sd card)
==> Quickly remove
your memory card to stop the whatsapp
connection
This will kill off the internet connection (after
inserting the memory card back) till when
manually launched or after a phone reboot.
He also mentioned about switching to a
wrong provider after removing the card, that
is if you are not having any need for internet
connection at that very moment.
Let’s get your opinion on this simple trick to
stop whatsapp from automatically
connecting to the internet against your wish
via the comments form below.
